Ensure operational continuity of our services through execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, energy efficiency, environmental care, and functionality of our spaces. Key Responsibilities: Conduct preventive inspections according to defined checklists. Perform maintenance and testing on: Generators (GE), UPS systems, air conditioning units, electrical installations and lighting, furniture, plumbing, and locksmithing. Manage scheduled tasks via planning and ticketing systems. Identify failures, propose improvements, and conduct general building inspections. Validate tasks with the area coordinator and collaborate on time/material estimates. Participate in after-hours actions in case of critical incidents. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and maintenance regulations. Requirements: Academic Qualifications: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Technical degree in Infrastructure, Electromechanics, Electricity, or related fields (mandatory). Training or studies in Occupational Health and Safety (desirable). Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar comprehensive building maintenance roles (mandatory). Technical Knowledge and Skills: Electricity, UPS systems, generators, and refrigeration. Plumbing, furniture repair, locksmithing, painting. General building maintenance. Office 365 and maintenance management software. Manual and measurement tools.
