Active participation in educational promotion JOB OBJECTIVE Achieve sales targets, provide high-quality advisory services to prospective students, manage the enrollment process, and actively participate in promoting educational programs. JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Meet monthly sales targets and other operational KPIs as defined by internal parameters, policies, and guidelines. Drive continuous improvement based on feedback from supervisors, coordinators, and the Quality Department. Support testing of new implementations (when required). Provide accurate information to address inquiries and clarify doubts regarding the organization's educational programs, with the goal of closing sales and securing registrations and enrollments. Advise prospects throughout the enrollment process by delivering necessary information about benefits, terms, requirements, and exclusions, enabling prospective students to decide on enrolling in educational programs. Record and categorize contacts with prospective customers in the database according to established system criteria. Accompany prospects through the enrollment process, follow up on document submission and other required formalities for student registration, and review and validate proper documentation registration. Promote and actively participate in both in-person and virtual educational events to enhance academic program visibility. Actively participate in training and development activities to strengthen commercial competencies. Properly manage assigned databases as directed by team leaders. Perform analysis and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, consistent with the nature of the role and geographic location.
