We seek to hire young Commercial Advisors for our store located in areas near San Juan’s capital. The goal is to have proactive staff with basic social media skills and scheduling flexibility to fulfill in-person shifts without logistical issues due to distance. Main Responsibilities In-person customer service and consultation at the store. Social media postings and basic management (simple posting, responding to messages/inquiries). Maintaining store appearance and order. Working at a dynamic pace and adapting quickly to operational changes. Adhering to established schedules and shift rotations. Essential Requirements Age: up to 32 years old. Residence: areas near San Juan’s capital (ease of commuting to the store and meeting schedule requirements). Basic social media proficiency (Facebook/Instagram). Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and commercial orientation. Availability for business hours and agile work.
