We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager for the Dairy Industry A prominent company in the **dairy industry**, located in **General Rodríguez**, is looking to hire an **Engineering Project Manager** to lead and coordinate investment, expansion, improvement, and industrial facility adaptation projects. We seek professionals from various engineering and architecture disciplines with experience in industrial projects and the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments. Required Profile * Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineer, or related degree. **Architects** with industrial project experience will also be considered. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in industrial project management, coordination, or execution**, preferably in the dairy, food, or process industries. * Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following disciplines: * Mechanical systems and industrial equipment. * Power and low-voltage electricity. * Automation, PLC/SCADA. * Instrumentation and control. * Civil works and infrastructure. * Industrial installations. * Processes and auxiliary services. * Experience in **project planning and management**: WBS, schedules, progress tracking, change management, cost and resource management. * Proficiency in **MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD**. Familiarity with other management and design tools is a plus. * Knowledge of or familiarity with **BPM, HACCP, ISO 9001, occupational health and safety, and regulations applicable to food industries**. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors. * Strong **leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills**. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and comprehensively monitor engineering projects. * Coordinate all involved disciplines: mechanical, electrical, civil, automation, instrumentation, process, and architecture. * Develop and monitor schedules, resources, costs, and progress. * Manage contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Coordinate construction, equipment installation, facility modifications, and plant upgrades. * Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with standards and regulations. * Manage changes, deviations, risks, and project requirements. * Participate in **commissioning, start-up, and handover** phases of projects. * Ensure proper documentation and project closure.
