Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy needed to continue building our future! ### **What Are We Looking For?** We are looking for an **Infrastructure Occupational Health Coordinator**, fixed-term contract for 2 years, with solid experience in construction works, infrastructure projects, and field operations—preferably within the energy, oil & gas, or large-scale industrial sectors. ### **What Will Be Your Mission?** Lead Occupational Health management in infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, current legal requirements, and the company’s preventive strategies. You will be responsible for coordinating medical teams and service providers, promoting employee health, and supporting operational continuity of projects. ### **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * Coordinate and supervise medical teams assigned to construction sites and infrastructure projects. * Manage occupational health programs and on-site medical emergency response. * Monitor health cases, management indicators, and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate healthcare management for contractors and medical service providers. * Collaborate with operational areas to ensure proper implementation of occupational health policies. * Identify risks, drive preventive measures, and promote continuous improvement in occupational health. * Provide support and availability for operational requirements, including SADOFE. ### **What Do We Value as a Differentiator?** **Academic Qualifications:** * Medical doctor licensed to practice in Neuquén Province. * Specialization in Occupational Medicine or Labor Medicine, licensed to practice in Neuquén (desirable but not mandatory). * Training in emergency response. **Required Experience:** * **5 years** in similar roles related to occupational health in infrastructure projects. **Technical Knowledge:** * Occupational Medicine and Occupational Health. * Legislation and regulations applicable to occupational health. * Management of medical emergencies. * Management of occupational health indicators. * Healthcare management for contractors and service providers. * Prevention, risk management, and field operational environments. ### **Position Information** **Work Schedule:** 4x1 (four days onsite, one remote day). 24/7 availability for emergencies. **Work Location:** Neuquén If you are someone who: * Works with excellence and professionalism. * Gives your best every day, values meritocracy, and always strives for the extra mile. * Views challenges as opportunities to innovate and learn. * Enjoys teamwork and exchanging diverse perspectives. * Approaches projects with passion and commitment. * Promotes a positive work environment built on empathy, active listening, and respect.
