Continuous professional development opportunities We are looking for a **Senior Data \& AI Engineer SR (Python, AWS Bedrock, RAG)** to join large-scale innovation and technological transformation projects. We seek professionals with strong experience in data engineering, AWS cloud architectures, and implementation of Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions. Work mode will be remote/hybrid depending on the project. Experience designing end\-to\-end architectures for data and AI ecosystems will be highly valued. That’s why we foster an environment where every professional can develop, contribute new ideas, and participate in regionally and globally impactful projects. **Responsibilities** * Design scalable, resilient, and highly available data solutions using AWS services * Design and implement ETL processes for data ingestion and transformation in Amazon Redshift data warehouses * Prepare, transform, and enrich data for Machine Learning and Generative AI use cases * Build feature engineering pipelines and training datasets for AI models * Implement architectures based on RAG, embeddings, vector search, and AI services on AWS Bedrock * Orchestrate data processing workflows using Apache Airflow * Define and maintain technical documentation for data architectures, pipelines, and integration processes * Design and implement end\-to\-end architectures to integrate structured, unstructured, and multimodal data **Requirements** * Solid experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) * Experience developing with Python * Experience implementing ETL processes and Data Engineering solutions * Experience with Amazon Redshift * Experience using Apache Airflow for process orchestration * Experience working with MLflow and Machine Learning pipelines * Experience in AI / ML / GenAI projects, including services such as AWS Bedrock * Strong advanced SQL knowledge * Experience in distributed data processing * Experience designing data architectures and end\-to\-end solutions * University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields (not mandatory) * Intermediate or higher English proficiency **We offer** * Remote work support: Connectivity allowance for your remote work needs * Continuous professional development: Ongoing learning and growth opportunities * Corporate agreements and discounts: Through exclusive partnerships with allied companies, EPAMers and their families gain access to special pricing on products and services, offered as discounts for being part of EPAM * Referral program
