Definition of AI governance standards We are looking for a **Senior AI Agent Developer (Microsoft Copilot, RAG \& Integrations)** to join digital transformation and applied artificial intelligence projects. We seek a senior profile with strong hands\-on orientation, experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, intelligent agent development, enterprise system integration, and deployment of GenAI solutions in production environments. Work mode is hybrid or remote, depending on the project. Therefore, we promote an environment where every professional can develop, contribute new ideas, and participate in regionally and globally impactful projects. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, test, and implement Generative AI agents and end\-to\-end intelligent workflows * Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and impact through GenAI solutions * Build prototypes and proofs of concept, accelerating their evolution into production environments * Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms, databases, REST APIs, and productivity tools * Design and implement RAG architectures to optimize corporate information retrieval and utilization * Participate in defining AI governance standards related to security, privacy, and responsible data usage * Define metrics for adoption, performance, and impact of implemented solutions * Communicate technical recommendations and adoption strategies to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders **Requirements** * Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in software development, technology consulting, process automation, or related disciplines * At least 2 years of experience developing, integrating, and implementing LLM\-based and AI agent solutions in enterprise environments * Advanced experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio * Proficiency in Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps * Practical experience working with language models such as Claude, Azure OpenAI, or other enterprise LLMs * Advanced knowledge of Prompt Engineering, including system prompts, few\-shot prompting, and guardrails * Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures * Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and web services * Experience integrating AI solutions with corporate platforms and productivity tools * Knowledge of MCP Servers * Intermediate/Advanced English **We offer** * Remote work support: Connectivity allowance for your remote work needs * Continuous professional development: Ongoing learning and growth opportunities * Corporate agreements and discounts: Through exclusive partnerships with allied companies, EPAMers and their families gain access to special pricing on products and services, offered as discounts for being part of EPAM * Referral program
