Therefore, we promote an environment where every professional can develop, contribute new ideas, and participate in regionally and globally impactful projects. **Responsibilities** * Analyze functional and technical requirements to define testing scope and strategy * Design, document, and execute manual test cases * Identify, log, track, and validate resolution of defects * Execute regression tests to verify fixes and new functionality * Participate in test planning activities and effort estimation * Generate and maintain test evidence and documentation associated with the testing lifecycle * Prepare and communicate progress reports, quality metrics, and test execution results * Validate data using SQL queries and perform REST API testing using Postman or similar tools **Requirements** * Proven experience of 3\+ years as a Manual QA Tester * Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Manual QA processes * Experience in designing, documenting, and executing test cases * Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices * Experience working with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments * Experience in defect management, documentation, and tracking * Experience preparing testing reports and quality metrics * SQL knowledge for data validation and verification * Experience performing tests on REST APIs using Postman or similar tools * Experience using JIRA for incident and task management * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments **We offer** * Remote work support: Connectivity allowance for your remote work needs * Continuous professional development: Opportunities for continuous learning and growth * Corporate agreements and discounts: Through exclusive partnerships with allied companies, EPAMers and their families gain access to special pricing on products and services, offered as discounts for being part of EPAM * Referral program
