We are hiring a **Maintenance Supervisor** to work at our **Pacheco Plant – Buenos Aires.** Join us! **What will you do?** --------------------- * Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment. * Lead and develop the maintenance technical team, ensuring their training and performance. * Implement actions to reduce equipment downtime and increase equipment availability. * Ensure continuous operation of machinery while complying with safety standards. * Manage resources, budget, and costs for the maintenance department. * Monitor performance indicators, including downtime, maintenance plan compliance, and equipment efficiency. * Manage the maintenance warehouse (Tool Crib), ensuring availability of critical spare parts and materials. **What does Lear expect from you?** --------------------------- * University degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; * Professional experience in supervising and managing industrial maintenance teams; * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
