Position Summary: We are seeking an advanced student or engineer in Machine Safety for safety analysis and management, LOTO procedure implementation, and team collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work with maintenance, production, and safety teams. We are looking for an **advanced student or engineer in Machine Safety**, or related fields, to join a major industrial company. **Requirements:** Advanced student or graduate in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in machine safety, risk analysis and assessment, and application of industrial safety regulations. Experience in industrial environments (food, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or continuous processes). (Desirable) Proven experience in implementing and managing LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures and energy isolation and tagging systems. (Mandatory) Technical English for interpreting documentation, standards, and manuals. (Desirable) Proficiency in computer tools for preparing technical reports and documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** Participate in the analysis and management of machine and equipment safety conditions. Collaborate in implementing and improving safety procedures in continuous processes. Execute and/or assist in applying energy isolation and lockout procedures (LOTO) prior to maintenance, repair, or cleaning tasks. Identify sources of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and stored energy. Apply lockout and tagging devices (locks, clamps, tags, and physical locks). Verify compliance with lockout procedures and applicable industrial safety regulations. Monitor maintenance and safety actions. Prepare management reports and area performance indicators.
