This position is based in **Garín, Buenos Aires, Argentina** (on-site). Your potential is our inspiration. **Where You’ll Make a Difference** * Conduct sensory evaluations of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Determine the quality status of materials and products, making approval or rejection decisions based on evidence. * Investigate deviations and non-conformances, participating in root cause identification and corrective actions. * Perform re-analysis of expired or near-expiry materials to assess their suitability for use. * Conduct stability studies and technical evaluations to support shelf-life extensions. * Issue certificates of analysis and required technical documentation for customers and shipping processes. * Verify calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of laboratory equipment. * Provide technical support and advisory services to internal and external customers on topics related to quality and sensory evaluation. * Actively participate in continuous improvement, quality, and food safety initiatives. **What Makes You the Right Fit** * Tertiary or university degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in Quality roles within the food industry. * Knowledge of sensory evaluation, quality control, and non-conformance management. * Ability to analyze results and make objective, data- and evidence-based decisions. * Intermediate English, both oral and written. * Basic knowledge of SAP (Systems, Applications and Products) and Microsoft Excel. * Ability to work in an organized manner, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail. * Ability to collaborate effectively across different organizational functions. * Commitment to quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction. **How Would You Stand Out?** * Prior experience in stability studies and shelf-life extension programs. * Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and continuous improvement. * Proactive profile with customer orientation and excellent communication skills. **Why Choose Us?** * Opportunity to join a global leader in innovation for the food, flavor, and health industries. * A collaborative work environment that fosters continuous learning and professional development. * Participation in projects that directly impact the quality and experience of our customers. * An inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives, experiences, and ideas. * Opportunity to work alongside highly specialized professionals in quality and food sciences. * Growth and development opportunities within a global organization.
