At **KILL Paseo Pilar**, we are looking for a proactive Retail Sales Associate with a strong service orientation and attention to detail to join our clothing store team. **Job Objectives:** Deliver an outstanding shopping experience to our customers by providing personalized advice to drive sales while maintaining perfect organization, order, and visual appeal of the store. **Main Responsibilities:** ***Customer Service and Advisory:*** Greet, guide, and provide personalized advice to our customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience and foster loyalty. ***Cash Handling:*** Accurately perform daily cash register opening, monitoring, cash/card/digital payment processing, and closing. ***Inventory Control and Restocking:*** Conduct periodic merchandise checks, receive garments, and ensure continuous restocking on the sales floor. ***Use of Management System:*** Operate the Lince Indumentaria (Zoologic) software for invoicing, inventory control, and transaction logging. ***Visual Merchandising:*** Assemble and refresh window displays and garment racks in accordance with brand aesthetics. ***Store Maintenance:*** Maintain overall tidiness, proper folding of garments, and cleanliness of the sales floor and fitting rooms to ensure an inviting environment. **Desired Profile and Requirements:** * Proven prior experience in sales and customer service within clothing stores *(preferred).* * Residence in Pilar or nearby areas *(mandatory).* * Availability: Full-time. * Excellent communication, empathy, and likability. * Commitment, punctuality, and ability to work collaboratively. * Proficiency in the Lince Indumentaria system *(highly valued).* **What We Offer?** * Immediate hiring and job stability. * A positive work environment within a dynamic setting. * Competitive compensation aligned with the role \+ sales-based commissions. * Work location: Pilar, Del Viso Salary: $800\.000,00 \- $1\.000\.000,00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
