Position Summary: UBSA is seeking a Human Resources Manager to comprehensively lead the HR function, managing recruitment and selection, personnel administration, training, and the development of internal HR tools. Development of key tools such as performance evaluation and internal career development plan UBSA is a Córdoba-based company specializing in the sterilization of medical instruments and devices for hospitals, clinics, and sanatoriums nationwide. We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to take full ownership of the HR function, with direct reporting to senior management. RESPONSIBILITIES * Recruitment and selection: defining job profiles, conducting interviews, onboarding, and induction. * Personnel administration: personnel files, absenteeism tracking, leave management, and attendance control. * Coordination with external payroll processing firm and labor advisory services. * Compliance with current Argentine labor regulations. * Annual training plan, including mandatory sector-specific and occupational health and safety training. * Supporting department heads in team management: performance, workplace climate, and difficult conversations. * Developing currently non-existent HR tools: job descriptions, performance evaluation system, and internal career development plan. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a generalist Human Resources role. * Solid knowledge of Argentine labor legislation. * Experience in companies with permanent staff is highly valued. * Discretion in handling sensitive information. * Autonomy—this is a one-person HR function. CONDITIONS * Full-time, employment-based contract. * On-site work in Córdoba City. * Direct reporting to the company’s senior management.
