Job Summary: We are seeking a Packaging Operator to ensure cargo compliance according to quality standards, inspecting pallets and trucks, and maintaining order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure cargo compliance and delivery condition. 2. Conduct inspections and maintain order and cleanliness in the area. 3. Promote Environmental, Health, and Safety guidelines. Apply today. **Job Profile:** We are seeking a **Packaging Operator** to ensure cargo compliance according to the company-defined quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Perform 360° inspection of pallets for dispatch, ensuring can conformity and delivery condition. * Inspect the truck according to checklist FO QUA 023\. * Remove label for traceability and register dispatched pallet using barcode scanning or similar systems. * Ensure segregation, identification, and transfer of non-conforming product in case of holds. * Reprocess pallets as per PO ARG 084 when applicable. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the 5S work area. * Adopt and promote Environmental, Health, and Safety guidelines, demonstrating commitment and awareness of the impacts of production processes and individual behaviors; through preventive and corrective actions, continuously improving them while enhancing efficient resource utilization. **Skills:** * Completed secondary education with official transcript (Mandatory) * Prior experience in similar roles within industrial settings (Mandatory) * Results-oriented, team player, and proactive (Mandatory) * Availability to work rotating shifts, day and night (Mandatory) **DESIRABLE:** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Fire extinguisher usage. **Additional Information:** Work Location: Burzaco, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
