Technical Maintenance Leader A prominent company is looking for a Technical Maintenance Leader to join its team. The main challenge of this position is to lead and coordinate the team of technicians during their shift, ensuring proper execution of maintenance tasks and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities Perform operational maintenance tasks. Lead, coordinate, and support the team of technicians assigned to the shift. Define priorities and organize maintenance activities. Resolve situations and deviations that may arise during operations. Maintain smooth communication with the Maintenance Manager and with Production, Production Planning, and Safety & Hygiene departments. Prepare the daily shift report. Promote compliance with safety regulations, risk prevention, and good work practices. Competencies **We are looking for a candidate with:** Leadership and ability to lead teams. Requirements Electromechanical technical education. Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership roles for maintenance teams. Experience coordinating technicians and organizing tasks. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet applications. Knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene, and occupational risk prevention.
