Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and a leader in equipment distribution and services, is searching for top talent to fill the role of Internal Component Washer for Neuquén. The purpose of this position is to perform internal cleaning of parts from disassembled components required by various departments within the internal workshop (3500 engines / 3400 engines / Power Train). Always adhering to the company’s safety standards. Responsibilities include managing documentation for parts entering and exiting the wash bay, associating each part with its corresponding work order number; maintaining orderly and clean conditions within the area; and ensuring components are washed for reuse in internal assembly processes within the workshop. Authority is granted to assess and select appropriate tools based on the component being washed. Main responsibilities of the role are: - Perform component washing. - Maintain area cleanliness and control contaminants. - Carry out activities in accordance with instructions related to the EHS Management System and actively participate in specific activities assigned to your area, as defined in Regional Technical Standard ETR\-FINSA\-EHS\-0\-03 Role, Responsibility and Authority in EHS*. Required Qualifications: - Technical or professional graduate from an Institute or University, specializing in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electricity. - Team-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and collaborative attitude toward peers. Commitment to and respect for safety standards and environmental protection.
