We seek a candidate with gastronomy experience, capable of assisting in ingredient preparation, daily cooking, and general area maintenance. Formal training in this field will be valued. **Work Mode: In-person at Rosario City Center.** **Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00/7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Saturday mornings.** **Employment Type: Formal employment relationship.** **Responsibilities** * Assist in pre-production, cutting, portioning, and mise en place of ingredients. * Collaborate in the daily preparation and service of dishes according to department instructions. * Receive, organize, and monitor proper storage of goods and supplies. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, organization, and cleanliness standards in the work area and kitchen tools. * Handle the daily physical pace of gastronomy with agility, dynamism, and commitment. REQUIREMENTS * Proven prior experience in restaurant, bar, or gastronomic production kitchens, with emphasis on savory preparations. * Verifiable professional references. * Training or knowledge in Safe Food Handling and Gastronomic Hygiene. * Rigorous attention to detail in work and strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and handling regulations. * Service-oriented attitude, willingness to work, and strong teamwork skills.
