We are seeking an Oil \& Gas Production Manager with solid experience in hydrocarbon production operations, leadership capability, and a strong orientation toward safety and results. The candidate must be able to manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate internal resources and contractors, make decisions in a dynamic environment, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. What will be your main challenges? * Achieve and ensure area production plans. * Lead and develop the operational team. * Coordinate production, well intervention, and optimization activities. * Manage performance indicators, costs, and operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SSMA) regulations. * Coordinate with contractors and support areas to ensure operational continuity. * Identify opportunities for improvement and production maximization.
