Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with strong technical aptitude to ensure the availability and reliability of equipment in a multinational chemical industry operating continuous, highly complex processes. For a leading global multinational chemical industry, we are initiating the selection of an **Electrical Engineer** Work Location: Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza \| Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs (\+ availability for emergencies and dedicated work) This position targets professionals with a strong technical vocation seeking to work in continuous-process, highly complex industrial plants. **Main Responsibilities:** Ensure plant production equipment and process availability and reliability objectives. Coordinate and execute preventive, predictive maintenance, and plant shutdown programs per corporate procedures. Coordinate electrical work with in-house and contracted personnel, leading activities to ensure compliance with and proper application of safety standards. Manage scheduling and execution of corrective maintenance via the company’s computerized system. Define and ensure electrical spare parts policies to support production objectives. Implement updates to applicable corporate or governmental regulations. Execute, guide, and supervise mechanical work performed by in-house staff or third parties under strict safety standards. **Requirements:** University degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial production-process companies. Medium- and low-voltage operations; intervention on 220V equipment. Reading and interpretation of electrical schematics, fault diagnosis, and detection. Experience working with electric motors and frequency converters. Basic PLC programming. Additional Knowledge: Intermediate-level English. Basic-level Portuguese (desirable). Valid driver’s license. **Benefits:** Competitive salary commensurate with the position.
