Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for:** * Leading the implementation of controls and processes that facilitate and improve user and access management on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Oracle. * Consolidating the application key security strategy across Mercado Libre’s clouds by implementing preventive processes and anomaly activity monitoring and analysis. * Planning, defining, and tracking the team’s initiative development, prioritizing those initiatives with the greatest impact on security risks. * Defining initiative strategies and outcome measurement based on key performance indicators (KPIs). * Coordinating, supporting, and executing agreements aligned with the cloud-related needs of various Mercado Libre teams. **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience in leadership and team management roles. * Demonstrated knowledge of security or hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure and networks, including AWS, GCP, Azure, and Oracle. * Practical experience with programming languages such as Python and Go. * Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, with a specific focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. **Ready to leave your mark on Latin American technology?** *Apply now and join our mission!* Hybrid work model.
