Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy required to continue building our future! **What are we looking for?** We are currently seeking qualified professionals to fill the position of **COMMERCIAL SUPPORT MANAGER**. **What will be your challenge?** The role’s main challenge is to provide analytical support to management of industries and major clients, the sales force, and operations; coordinate with other company departments to manage business needs, evaluate results, and propose improvement actions to contribute to achieving business objectives while ensuring compliance with current regulations and procedures. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Participate in developing commercial proposals for customers by providing analytical and economic support, evaluating suppliers, support services, and associated requirements (mobility, environment, safety, maintenance, rentals), and assessing time feasibility to safeguard operational profitability and availability of resources committed to service offerings. * Consolidate and prepare Business information required for the Annual Budget (volumes, expenses, purchases, and contracts), coordinating with Planning and Control to monitor operational results by customer, identifying deviations early and proposing actions to contribute to and ensure Business operational profitability. * Monitor the operational execution of Investments, interacting with Business operational and commercial departments, identifying deviations, proposing actions, and reporting updates to the Industries and Business Development Planning & Control area to support the execution of approved investments. * Conduct comprehensive monitoring of compliance with social security and safety regulations for service providers and their contracted personnel to ensure adherence to applicable social security and administrative regulations. * Coordinate, execute, and supervise the management of needs through service contracting, including generating treatment proposals, supervising tender document preparation, technical evaluation matrices, supplier evaluations, purchase requisitions, and non-standard procurement processes. Supervise monthly certifications of contracted services to ensure alignment and management according to Business technical and operational needs, as well as compliance with procurement and contracting regulations. * Supervise the asset management of owned equipment (documentation management, compliance with safety standards, coordination of maintenance needs) to ensure vehicle availability for operations and compliance with safety and asset management regulations. * Supervise the collection of operational data and calculation of atypical billing amounts, in coordination with Commercial Services, to ensure timely and efficient monthly execution of atypical billing for Other Income under Management. * Support the Commercial Area in calculating billable service components not covered by atypical billing to help fulfill commercial agreements. * Support the Commercial Area in controlling and managing billing for Management’s customers, monitoring deliveries and delivery notes to meet each customer’s invoicing requirements and debt collection management. * Lead the assigned team, ensuring personnel development, training, and continuous improvement in coordination with the P\&C team. **What do we value?** **Academic background:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields (mandatory). **Professional experience:** Experience working with business units in administrative, commercial, management control, analysis, and planning roles. **Key competencies for the role:** Analytical and planning capabilities, operational monitoring, reporting, and dashboard visualization.
