Job Summary: Import Analyst responsible for tariff classification, spare parts management, environmental and safety compliance, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tariff classification and positioning analysis for imports. 2. Detailed management of spare parts and confidential documentation. 3. Comprehensive support in operations, inventory, and systems. * Understand environmental aspects and impacts, as well as hazards and risks associated with one's work and area of responsibility, consistently acting safely and promoting personal safety and that of colleagues. * Comply with procedures and standards of the Environmental Management System and with procedures and standards of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Analyze appropriate tariff positions for each import. * Generate part specification sheets containing detailed information to ensure correct tariff classification and enable rapid incorporation of spare parts into stock and dispatch to customers. * Specify description, material, use/function, and quantity of components. * Obtain specific details for certain complex parts. Handle confidential design documentation for parts and equipment. Obtain brochures. * Provide feedback to the factory based on equipment. * Research and study equipment to enhance specialized knowledge. * Administer and maintain the Parts Master database. * Identify items related to Electrical Safety or Steel to initiate corresponding procedures. * Complete the SIMIs form with LNA for import justification, specifying equipment and average consumption. * Perform other duties assigned within one's scope of competence. * Develop and/or improve procedures to support organizational objectives. * Prepare reports as required related to one's function. * Provide support to superiors upon request regarding O/V, O/C, item creation, costs, pricing, delivery lead times, OSMI, financial closings, inventory adjustments, and system usage. Profile: Technical Education – Completed Secondary School. 2 years of experience in similar positions. Advanced English.
