Full time Chacras System Bandera, Santiago del Estero **CHACRA BANDERA** **A competitive selection process is open for the position of Technical Development Responsible (TDR) at Chacra Bandera (area of influence: Bandera, Santiago del Estero), under the Chacras System Program** **Purpose of the Farm** To generate agronomic criteria for reducing productive gaps through soil health recovery, integrated weed management, crop nutrition, and emerging technologies in the Santiago del Estero SE region. **Job Functions** Achieve the objectives of the Chacra Bandera project. Lead the development and updating of the Farm Project, Annual Strategic Plans, and Work Protocols. Implement scheduled activities on time and as planned: * Conduct development activities (system analysis, real-world case studies, and adaptive experimentation on production fields) * Collect, organize, and systematize information from production systems and experiments. * Prepare monthly and semiannual reports. * Organize workshops, technical field days, study tours, and trips. * Present and publish results. * Facilitate and promote knowledge exchange among Chacra members (producers, experts, coordination team, companies). * Identify opportunities for improvement and action lines. **Requirements** We seek a proactive, curious individual interested in soil health, weed management, and crop nutrition within the production systems of the Bandera area. The candidate must demonstrate interpersonal skills and leadership capacity to manage field experimentation activities and identify issues of interest in production fields. Strong communication and teamwork abilities (with producers and technicians, coordination staff, specialists, and others) are essential. Experience in the production systems of the Chacra’s area will be valued. University degree: Agricultural Engineer or related discipline. Exclusive dedication (MANDATORY). Intermediate English proficiency (non-mandatory). Proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media, Google Forms, QGIS). Residence within the Chacra’s area of influence (MANDATORY). Personal mobility and availability for travel (MANDATORY). Monotributista / Registered Taxpayer.
