Autonomous and continuous learning capability highly valued **Functional Analyst (SSR/SR) – AI \& Data / Scrum / Confluence (Hybrid)** Argentina \| Hybrid Full-time **About the Role** We are seeking a Functional Analyst SSR to join the central AI and Data Platform of a leading technology company providing solutions for large corporations. This role serves as a bridge between business needs and the technical team, eliciting requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring the development team builds the right solutions within a context of high technological uncertainty. **What You'll Do** * Conduct detailed technical and functional analysis and requirements elicitation with business areas * Document current processes (AS\-IS) and target processes (TO\-BE) * Write user stories with acceptance criteria in BDD format (Given/When/Then) * Continuously manage and refine the functional backlog * Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical team * Collaborate directly with the Product Owner to understand business needs * Work with the UX designer to align functional flows and design * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinements, reviews) * Manage scope changes and assess their impact on the backlog * Document processes that will be automated or assisted by AI **What We're Looking For** * 5–8 years of proven experience in functional analysis for complex technology projects * Proficiency in **Confluence, Jira**, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Advanced requirements elicitation techniques (workshops, interviews, shadowing) * Modeling tools: **Lucidchart**, **draw.io**, or equivalents * Functional understanding of large-scale data platforms and business systems (ERPs, CRMs) * Understanding of how AI and data solutions work * Autonomous and continuous learning capability — prioritized over declared years of experience * Product ownership, resilience, and adaptability in high-demand environments **Bonus Points** * Prior experience in data, BI, or AI projects * Ability to document requirements in contexts of high technological uncertainty * Openness to emerging AI tools and modern productivity tools * Design and execution of test cases **Work Model** * Buenos Aires: Hybrid (2 days per week in office) * Córdoba: Hybrid (1 day every 15 days in office) * Rest of the country: 100% remote **Benefits** * Premium health insurance * Connectivity allowance * Company-sponsored training and certifications * Personalized career plan and ongoing training * Birthday off * Welcome kit * Discounts on education (Siglo 21 and Coderhouse) * Partnerships with Unilever, Tienda Molinos, and other companies **How to Apply** * If this is you, apply right here! * If not, share it with your colleagues!
