Tasks include implementing safety procedures such as LOTO and Rapid Risk Prediction. You will also interpret electrical and electronic schematics and conduct circuit and component surveys on production machines. You will perform diagnostics of electronic failures, connect devices for error detection, and execute corrections in circuits or software to restore operational conditions. You will also participate in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, as well as sensor inspection and cleaning routines on operational lines. The role requires managing tasks in SAP (spare parts search, work order creation, activity reporting), and maintaining updated technical documentation: schematics, programs, and software backups. You will use diagnostic instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter, oscilloscope, and process calibrator, and be responsible for maintaining critical quality sensors, collaborating in the detection of defects related to electronic components. You will also participate in training sessions for our continuous improvement program, enabling you to generate technical documentation such as one-point lessons, work instructions, and apply them. **Who we're looking for...** * Certified Electronic Technician. * Minimum 3 years of industrial experience. * Strong focus on safety. * Knowledge of industrial electronics: Schematic interpretation, wiring and configuration of Variable Frequency Drives, Soft Starters, Servo Motors/Stepper Motors. * Knowledge and experience with Siemens S7300/400/1200/1500 and Beckhoff PLCs: ability to diagnose field faults in digital/analog inputs/outputs. Capability to create and restore backups and establish communication to trace sequence faults. Knowledge of PID and PWM. * HMI knowledge: Basic skills to open an application and track PLC sequences. * Experience handling field devices: sensors, encoders, pressure switches, scales, flowmeters, proportional valves. * Knowledge of communication buses: ProfiNet, Profibus DP/PA, DeviceNet, AS\-i. * Proficiency with instruments: multimeter, oscilloscope, process calibrator, insulation tester. * Basic Microsoft Office software skills: Outlook, Excel, Word. * Teamwork spirit and collaboration, strong attitude, and eagerness to learn/teach.
