Sika has local presence in 100 countries and manufactures in over 400 factories. **Job Description** * Develop and execute the **material supply plan** according to production demand. * Manage **inventory levels** to ensure material availability without generating excesses. * Analyze **demand forecasts** and adjust purchasing to align with plant requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers to **ensure timely delivery** of materials and avoid production delays. * Monitor supplier **performance** and evaluate potential improvements in lead times and costs. * Prepare reports on **material status**, alerting to possible deviations or risks. * Collaborate closely with the production department to **optimize materials planning** and improve operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Advanced student and/or graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in materials planning or inventory management. * Knowledge of materials management tools and ERP systems. * Ability to perform **data analysis** and generate accurate forecasts. * Strong **communication and negotiation skills** with suppliers. * Orientation toward continuous improvement and resource optimization. **Additional Information** We are Building Trust every day; therefore, our commitment is to equal opportunity, where the selection process focuses on individuals and their capabilities, merits, and achievements.
