This is how we live our Holcim Spirit culture — focused on purpose, people, and performance — to accelerate sustainable construction. **WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU: CAPEX Intern (Capital Investment)** You will be responsible for supporting capital investment project management, including budget tracking, purchase orders, and plant coordination, contributing to the efficient execution of departmental projects. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Learning how to manage budgets and purchase orders. * Interacting with plants to identify needs and define project scope. * Supporting financial processes related to asset capitalization. * Providing support for mechanical, civil, and industrial projects. * Assisting the coordinator in executing and monitoring daily tasks. * Actively participating in the development and control of assigned projects. **Workplace:** Capdeville Plant, Mendoza. **Work Modality:** On-site, three (3) times per week from 7:00 to 14:00 hours. **Essential Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a degree program in Electromechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering. * Availability for a 12- to 18-month internship. * Advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Competencies such as proactivity, analytical thinking, organization, teamwork, autonomy, and creativity.
