Thrive in high-growth environments and build processes from scratch **Controller** **Remote (LATAM)** We are seeking a strategic, detail\-oriented Controller to own the integrity of financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision\-making. You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable financial operations. This is a role for someone who thrives in high\-growth environments and enjoys building processes from the ground up. **Key Duties \& Responsibilities** **1\. Financial Reporting \& Close Management** * Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. * Ensure all financial reporting is complete, accurate, and aligned with applicable standards. * Monitor key financial metrics and flag anomalies or opportunities for improvement. **2\. General Accounting \& Internal Controls** * Manage day\-to\-day general accounting operations across the organization. * Build and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks to safeguard company assets. * Conduct ongoing audits of financial processes to ensure they remain functional and aligned with evolving business needs. **3\. Budgeting, Forecasting \& Cash Flow** * Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and resource allocation. * Manage cash flow planning and provide visibility into the company's financial position. * Turn financial data into strategic insights that inform leadership decision\-making. **4\. Systems, Automation \& Cross\-Functional Collaboration** * Identify opportunities to improve systems, automation, and reporting workflows across finance operations. * Document all financial processes to ensure scalability and team\-wide adoption. * Partner cross\-functionally with operations and leadership teams to align financial strategy with business goals. * Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. **Qualifications** * Strong financial reporting and month\-end close expertise. * Deep knowledge of general accounting and financial accuracy. * Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic insights. * Experience improving systems, automation, and reporting workflows. * Ability to build and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks. * Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management skills. * Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English. **Nice to Have** * Experience in multi\-entity and international accounting. * Experience in high\-growth startups. * CPA or equivalent certification. **What We Offer** * Fully remote position open to candidates across Latin America. * Competitive compensation in USD. * High ownership and autonomy. * Opportunity to grow with a fast\-scaling global skincare brand.
