Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy required to continue building our future! **What Are We Looking For?** ------------------ We are currently seeking a **Product Technical Coordinator** to lead the technological and functional evolution of the company's financial processes, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology strategy. **What Will Be Your Mission?** ------------------------- Lead the evolution and sustainability of the SAP FI\-CO\-PS product, ensuring operational continuity of financial processes, business value generation, and proper execution of initiatives and projects, acting as the liaison between Finance, Technology, and vendors. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** ----------------------------------------- * Define product strategy and evolution jointly with BPO. * Manage and prioritize the backlog of initiatives and requirements. * Validate technical feasibility of proposed solutions for FI, CO, and PS processes. * Ensure operational continuity and stability of SAP applications under your responsibility. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, and vendors. * Manage incidents, risks, and emerging requirements. * Participate in defining and tracking user stories and deliverables. * Lead improvement and investment projects associated with the product. * Administer OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the team. * Ensure achievement of business objectives and delivery commitments. **What Do We Value as a Differentiator?** ------------------------------------ **Academic Background:** Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * SAP and Agile methodology certifications are valued. **Required Experience:** 5 to 8 years in similar positions. **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------- * SAP FI (Financial Accounting). * SAP CO (Controlling and Management Control). * SAP PS (Project System). * Accounting processes, financial closings, and fixed assets. * Costing, budgeting, and results analysis. * Backlog management and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Project and investment initiative management. * Management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar. * Vendor and technology contract management. **Languages** ----------- * Intermediate/Advanced English (preferred). **Position Information** ========================== **Work Schedule:** 4x1 (four days onsite, one day remote) **Work Location:** Puerto Madero Tower, Buenos Aires. **Travel Availability:** Occasional, based on business and project requirements. **If You Are Someone Who:** * Works with excellence and professionalism. * Gives your best every day, values meritocracy, and always strives for the extra mile. * Views challenges as opportunities to innovate and learn. * Enjoys teamwork and exchanging diverse perspectives. * Approaches projects with passion and commitment. * Promotes a positive work environment built on empathy, active listening, and respect.
