Experience in contract, cost, and logistics operations analysis. * **Competencies**: Analytical ability, results orientation, strong communication skills, collaborative teamwork, and proactivity. **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** * Manage and track logistics contracts, ensuring their validity, certification, and operational compliance. * Analyze and validate measurement and service certification documentation, supporting efficient and transparent administrative process management. * Monitor management indicators (KPIs) and logistics providers’ service levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. * Track contract costs, rates, and provisions, supporting budgetary control and resource optimization. * Maintain updated control dashboards and management reports, generating reliable information for decision-making. * Coordinate and track documentation and onboarding of contracted resources, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements. * Establish fluent communication with contractors and internal departments, fostering collaborative, results-oriented working relationships. * Participate in follow-up meetings with suppliers and operational teams, providing key analysis and information for continuous improvement of logistics operations. **Position Information** * Position outside collective bargaining agreement. * Direct reports: None. * Work location: Torres Puerto Madero. * Work schedule: 4x1\. **If You Are Someone Who:** * Works with excellence and professionalism. * Gives your best every day, values meritocracy, and always strives to go the extra mile. * Embraces challenges as opportunities to innovate and learn. * Enjoys teamwork and exchanging diverse perspectives. * Approaches projects with passion and commitment. * Promotes a positive work environment grounded in empathy, active listening, and respect.
