Additionally, you will play a key role in project monitoring and control using management dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization tools (Looker Studio), supporting decision-making and achievement of business unit objectives related to competitiveness, sustainability, and growth. **Your key challenges will be:** Comprehensively manage investment projects from planning through commissioning and closure, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and cost requirements. Control project budget and financial performance by tracking CAPEX, booking, spending, forecasts, and variances in coordination with Finance and Controllers teams. Manage accounting and asset-related aspects of investments, including accounting impacts, capitalization of projects as Fixed Assets, depreciation, and asset disposals. Design and manage dashboards, KPIs, and management reports, monitoring physical progress, schedules, budget execution, and key indicators to facilitate decision-making. Ensure project governance, compliance, and continuous improvement by promoting adherence to regulations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and capturing best practices. **Workplace:** Córdoba, with availability to travel and frequently relocate between various plants and projects within the Aggregates and Concrete business units. **Essential Requirements:** **Education:** Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or monitoring within industrial plants. **Intermediate English:** Reading, writing, and technical conversation proficiency to interact with global teams and manage CAPEX reporting. Availability to travel and relocate between various plants and projects within the Aggregates and Concrete business units. Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
