We are currently seeking a Process Improvement and Optimization Manager to work in TPM. What Will Be Your Challenge? Design, optimize, standardize, and transform end-to-end business processes aligned with the company’s strategy, best practices, and a digital vision. Lead continuous improvement and reengineering initiatives to maximize efficiency, integrate departments, enhance user experience, and generate business value. What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities? * Define and implement standards, policies, operating models, and best practices from a digital perspective, promoting adoption of technologies and tools that improve performance. * Design, document, and maintain business processes under an end\-to\-end perspective, ensuring effective integration between processes and departments, identifying and managing critical business interfaces and cross-functional impact. * Define, monitor, and analyze process performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, quality, compliance, and value generation. * Proactively identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities, driving corrective and optimization actions before they impact operations. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and automation using continuous improvement and reengineering methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. * Lead and manage process transformation and optimization projects, ensuring achievement of objectives, scope, timelines, and expected benefits. * Design and deliver training programs for employees on continuous improvement methodologies, fostering a continuous improvement mindset among organizational members. * Facilitate process discovery, design, and improvement workshops with representatives from various departments. * Drive adoption of new processes by coordinating communication strategies, training, and change management. * Ensure ongoing updates to process documentation and traceability of implemented changes. * Conduct internal and external benchmarking to incorporate world-class trends and best practices. * Prepare detailed reports on progress and outcomes of improvement initiatives. * Coordinate closure of internal audit findings. What Do We Value as Differentiators? * Between 5 and 8 years of experience in process management, design, optimization, or transformation. * Experience leading continuous improvement, reengineering, and organizational transformation initiatives. * Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. * Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN or equivalent methodologies). * Experience in indicator analysis, performance measurement, and value capture. * Desired experience in automation, digitalization, or process mining. * Experience in complex environments involving interaction among multiple business areas. * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, Economics, or related fields. * Desired postgraduate degree or specialization in Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence, or Project Management. * Desired certification in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Agile, Scrum, or Project Management. Position Information: Workplace: Puerto Madero Tower Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Work Model: Hybrid — 4 days onsite \+ 1 remote.
