At **FYG \| For Your Growth**, we support the search for a **Data Scientist** to join a major financial group and participate in designing and evolving **Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, and Generative Artificial Intelligence** solutions. We seek a candidate with a strong technical foundation, curiosity, and an analytical mindset—someone who enjoys exploring new technologies and transforming large volumes of information into **scalable models and solutions that support decision-making.** ### **What will be your challenge?** You will be part of the team responsible for designing, developing, and validating **Data Science and Artificial Intelligence** solutions, working with both traditional Machine Learning models and emerging capabilities in **Generative AI, RAG architectures, and AI Agents.** You will play an active role across the full solution lifecycle—from data exploration and experimentation to validation, productionization, and monitoring—collaborating cross-functionally with Data Engineering, DataOps/MLOps, and various business units. ### **Key Challenges** * Design, develop, and deploy **Generative Artificial Intelligence** solutions, including **RAG** (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) architectures and systems based on **AI Agents.** * Develop **Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics** models, including classification, regression, clustering, and time series. * Evaluate and optimize **Foundation Models and LLMs**, applying prompt engineering and fine\-tuning techniques tailored to each use case. * Analyze information from diverse sources and prepare complex datasets—both **structured and unstructured.** * Design experiments, validate hypotheses, and evaluate model performance using traditional metrics and those specific to LLM-based solutions. * Collaborate with **Data Engineering and DataOps/MLOps** teams to productionize, scale, and monitor developed solutions. * Interpret technical metrics and results, translating them into **clear, actionable business insights.** * Document methodologies, models, orchestration workflows, assumptions, and outcomes, ensuring full traceability. * Ensure compliance with internal standards related to **data privacy, information security, and model governance.** ### **What are we looking for?** * +3 years of experience in **Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics** roles. * Recent, demonstrable experience developing **Generative Artificial Intelligence** projects. * Experience building **RAG architectures/pipelines and developing AI Agents.** * Advanced proficiency in **Python and SQL.** * Solid knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and Machine Learning. * Experience with tools and frameworks such as **Scikit\-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch.** * Knowledge of the model lifecycle and **MLOps / LLMOps** practices—from experimentation through deployment and production monitoring. * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams and business units, translating business problems into data-driven solutions. * Degree in **Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems**, or related fields. ### **Highly Valued** * Practical experience working with **LLMs**, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, or other foundation models. * Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like **LangChain, LlamaIndex**, or similar. * Experience with **vector databases**, such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Qdrant, or equivalents. * Knowledge of Generative AI solution evaluation—including response quality, coherence, and hallucination mitigation. * Experience deploying AI models and solutions into **high-scale production environments.** ### **What kind of profile are we seeking?** A person with **analytical thinking, deep technical expertise, and business orientation**, who enjoys experimentation, challenging established approaches, and staying closely aligned with the continuous evolution of the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem.
