At **Publipromo Spain**, we are looking to hire a new Remote Sales Advisor to work remotely with clients in the Spanish market. We are not simply looking for someone who answers calls. We seek a person with a **commercial profile**, accustomed to making calls, selling, following up, and maintaining contact with customers. What will you do? \- Contact potential customers by telephone. \- Work with commercial targets and performance tracking. \- Identify customer needs, present our services, and generate new opportunities. \- Follow up on quotations and interested customers. \- Manage assigned accounts and maintain strong relationships with them. \- Identify new commercial opportunities within existing customers. \- Resolve daily situations autonomously and with sound judgment. This position involves a **high volume of daily telephone activity**, so you must feel comfortable making many calls throughout your workday—approximately **100 per day**. What do we require from you? **Real experience in call centers and sales.** Both are mandatory requirements. We are looking for a candidate who: * Has at least **3 years of professional experience**. * Has previously worked in a **call center**. * Has experience in **sales**, especially by telephone. * Is accustomed to working with targets. * Can handle rejection and persist. * Can work under pressure without becoming overwhelmed. * Is quick, decisive, and autonomous. * Shows initiative and eagerness to learn. * Communicates effectively and connects easily with people. * Maintains a positive attitude and strong motivation to work. You don’t need to know everything. **We do require eagerness to learn and the ability to seek solutions.** We also work with AI Artificial intelligence is part of our daily routine. We use tools such as **ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, and Perplexity** for research, content creation and adaptation, and to help resolve tasks. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you must have an **open mindset and willingness to use and learn them**.
