Access training on content creation and optimization **Short\-Form Content Creator** Paradoxa AI is hiring full\-time Remote Short\-Form Content Creators to produce engaging social\-media videos for consumer technology and entertainment brands. You will work remotely with our creative team to create and publish short\-form content across platforms including TikTok and Instagram. **Compensation** * USD $600 per month base pay * Additional monthly bonuses based on content performance. **Responsibilities** * Create and edit short\-form social\-media videos * Follow publishing schedules and production targets * Review content performance and apply feedback * Communicate regularly with the creative and operations teams **What You Get** * Full\-time remote position (work from home) * Flexible work schedule, provided agreed production targets and deadlines are met * Training on short\-form content creation and performance optimization. **Requirements** * Experience creating and editing short\-form content for TikTok/Instagram * Good written English and communication skills * Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software **Application** Please submit your application with your CV and, where available, examples of short\-form content you have created or published.
