As a Raw Material Intern, you will focus on helping the team that assigns vendors or categories, making them accountable and responsible for the entire Requisition \& Fulfillment (R\&F) processing. You will manage raw material (RM) availability and also resolve plant or region specific issues to ensure security of supply. This is a paid internship. You will report to the Raw Material Team Lead and you will work 4 days at home and 1 home office day. **You will:** * Support PO management and reporting by releasing purchase orders to suppliers according to sourcing guidelines, while ensuring supply continuity. * Help with issue resolution by coordinating raw material availability, delivery and quality issues, and supporting investigations into invoice discrepancies and causes. **Your professional profile requires:** * University degree in progress (Adm., Engineering, Economics) * Knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and SAP * Fluent in English * 1\+ years of working experience is preferrable **Our Benefits:** * Hybrid working model * Health insurance coverage * International working environment * On site lunch service * Discounts with partners. \#LI\-Hybrid At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.
