Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy required to continue building our future! **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a **Performance Management Analyst** to join our team and contribute to monitoring and analyzing the business’s key operational and economic indicators, ensuring reliable and timely information for decision-making. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Monitor and analyze business performance by tracking investments (CAPEX), physical activity, production, and key performance indicators (KPIs), coordinating with multiple organizational areas to ensure information quality, identify improvement opportunities, and generate knowledge supporting efficient business management. **What will be your main responsibilities?** ----------------------------------------- * Track and analyze investments (CAPEX), physical activity, and production, ensuring information availability and consistency. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports for various organizational levels. * Analyze variances, trends, and improvement opportunities, delivering high-value information for decision-making. * Interact with various company departments to collect, validate, and consolidate information required for different management processes and applications. * Participate in the administration and data feeding of performance-tracking tools and applications. * Generate ad hoc analyses and executive presentations on the evolution of operational and economic indicators. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of management processes, methodologies, and tools. * Contribute to comprehensive business understanding through information analysis and identification of optimization opportunities. **What do we value as differentiators?** ------------------------------------ * **Academic background:** Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** 3–4 years in roles related to management analysis, performance, planning, or management control. * **Computer tools:** Advanced Excel (mandatory). Power BI will be considered an added advantage. * **Language:** English not required. * **Competencies:** Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented profile, with ability to work collaboratively and build cooperative relationships across various organizational departments. **Position Information** -------------------------- **Workplace:** YPF Tower Puerto Madero or Neuquén. **Work modality:** Hybrid 4x1\. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday.
