Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to prepare requisitions and reports, manage inventories, receive and deliver goods, and liaise with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Preparing material/repair requisitions requested by internal users. Preparing reports used within the department. Inventory control using the department’s IT tools. Receiving/placing goods/repairs arriving from external/internal suppliers. Delivering goods/repairs, including corresponding consumption recording in the department’s system. Maintaining smooth communication with logistics service companies, external suppliers, and internal suppliers. Operating an electric stacker, as needed, to assist in stacking received/existing supplies within the department. Preparing reports requested by the department head using computer systems (Office). · What do we expect from you? Graduate of a technical secondary school (tertiary level). Minimum 1 year of prior experience. Proficiency in computer systems (Office). Availability to work rotating shifts.
