To keep painting a better future, we need you! We are currently seeking a Data Production Intern for our plant in Garín, Argentina, working with our Alba brand. Alba, present in the market since 1925, is a leading decorative paint brand in Argentina. Your mission as a university intern will be Digital Application and AI Development for Operations. The project will combine data analysis (SAP / Excel / Power BI), on-site plant work (Gemba), and a continuous improvement focus, directly contributing to cost reduction and strengthening operational profitability. The intern will work on: The intern will identify improvement opportunities, digitize manual processes, and develop practical solutions (dashboards, operational apps, automated reporting, predictive analytics, etc.) to enhance efficiency, traceability, data-driven decision-making, and cost reduction. The project will integrate field process analysis (Gemba), digital solution design, and operational impact validation, aligned with the site’s Industrial Excellence and digital transformation objectives. Requirements: - Students pursuing degrees such as Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or with programming experience. - Students who have completed at least 50% of their degree program and have at least one year remaining before graduation. - Residency in Garín or nearby areas. - Availability to undertake part-time internships from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (4 hours), onsite.
