




We are looking for 1 technician with at least 2 years of experience supporting users, customer service oriented, with knowledge in microcomputing, PCs, networks, Windows, computer equipment and Office tools, to join the team providing support to users at Corven's plant in La Reja, Moreno **Tasks:** · Installation and configuration of equipment (Desktops and notebooks) for new users. · Replacement of notebooks due to computer fleet upgrades. · Installation and management of workstations. · Inventory audits. Semiannual assembly of technological scrap. · Resetting and clearing AD passwords. · Installation of shortcuts and network drives. · Email configuration. · Archiving emails (Outlook). · Preventive maintenance by departments, installation of Windows and driver updates. · General operating system and office software issues. · Printer installation and configuration problems. · Replace toners across the printer fleet (Cost per page service). · Mobile phone migrations. · Mobile device email configuration. · Provide support for video calls in meeting rooms using Teams. · Installation and/or configuration of the company's VPN software (GlobalProtect PAN). **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM or from 9 AM to 6 PM On-site cafeteria available.
