Job Summary: Protect the integrity, security, and proper safeguarding of vehicles and assets by supervising and controlling access, and responding to incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Asset protection through active surveillance and access control. 2. Key response to incidents and emergencies in the area. 3. Operation of security cameras and alarm systems. Job Objective: Protect the integrity, security, and proper safeguarding of assigned vehicles and assets through active supervision, access control, and incident response, maintaining order and discipline in parking and traffic areas. Key Responsibilities: Access Control: Verify permissions and register entries and exits of personnel, vehicles, and visitors. Surveillance and Monitoring: Patrol assigned areas, operate security cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems, identifying and reporting anomalies. Asset Protection: Safeguard vehicles against theft, damage, or vandalism. Risk Prevention: Ensure compliance with traffic and parking regulations, placing signage when necessary. Incident Response: Act as first responder to emergencies (thefts, accidents, breakdowns), assess situations, and coordinate with authorities or relevant personnel. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on incidents, daily activities, and noteworthy events. Basic Maintenance (Optional): Perform basic inspections of vehicles under custody and report major defects. Communication: Maintain constant communication with the control center or superiors. Requirements and Skills: Prior experience in security or surveillance (preferred). Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure. Over 30 years of age. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Availability to work weekends and extended hours. Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Knowledge of security protocols and emergency handling. Completed secondary education (preferred).
