As a Secondary Packaging Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, controlling, and optimizing the production processes related to the secondary packaging of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the production processes within the secondary packaging department. Plan and monitor the daily tasks of the team under your supervision. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal procedures. Monitor production processes and analyze operational deviations. Conduct risk analyses associated with the activities. Analyze complaints and propose corrective and preventive actions. Generate, analyze, and track management indicators and continuous improvement metrics. Collaborate on inventory tasks and material control. Work jointly with other operational and quality departments. What are we looking for in our team? Candidates must possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), process control, and operational planning, as well as strong proficiency in Excel.
