Opportunity to impact the quality of premium products Quality Analyst We are DON ANTONIO, a gastronomic company located in the western zone, dedicated to the production and marketing of premium empanadas, pizzas, and pies, with a focus on operational excellence across all our processes. For this reason, we are currently seeking a dynamic Quality Analyst with proven experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities: *- Random inspections of factory inventory, including both raw materials and finished products, covering 10% of production (labels, temperatures, product conditions, weights, etc.). *- Verify weights and labels of finished products. *- Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance. *- Inspect incoming raw materials at the factory according to technical specifications, quality protocols, and other requirements outlined in inspection procedures. *- Comply with and enforce Hygiene and Industrial Safety measures. *- Conduct training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety and quality control, proper handwashing techniques, frequencies, etc. *- Verify and monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). *- Report any deviations promptly to the Quality Manager. Candidate Requirements *- Proactive individual with strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. *- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or assurance roles. *- Advanced Excel proficiency (including pivot tables and database management). *- Education: Currently studying or graduated in Food Engineering, Food Technician, or related fields. *- Preferred: Knowledge of Prerequisite Programs (PRPs) / HACCP system.
