Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Afternoon Shift, ensuring production targets are met, resources are used efficiently, and quality and safety standards are upheld. Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety standards. Production Supervisor We seek to hire a Production Supervisor to lead the Afternoon Shift, serving as the operational reference for portioning, packaging, and warehouse management processes. Schedule: Afternoon shift from 16:00 to 00:00 hrs Position Objective Coordinate and supervise the team’s tasks during the assigned shift, ensuring daily production targets are met, resources are used appropriately, and quality, safety, and hygiene standards are respected. Main Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate the afternoon shift operational team. Supervise portioning, packaging, and bagging lines, ensuring adherence to the daily production plan. Monitor physical stock levels of semi-finished goods, finished products, and raw materials. Coordinate order preparation and merchandise dispatch according to schedule. Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety standards. Act as the operational reference during the shift, resolving deviations and contingencies. Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising teams in an industrial plant. Experience in production, shift scheduling, and managing operational staff. Problem-solving profile with strong leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure. Basic/intermediate proficiency in production KPIs. Availability to work fixed afternoon shifts from 16:00 to 00:00 hrs.
