Job Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise workshop operations, ensuring fleet and machinery operability, leading the technical team, and maintaining quality standards. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising workshop activities, ensuring operational availability of the fleet and machinery, leading the technical team, and guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, and timing standards. Main Responsibilities: - Coordinate, supervise, and collaborate on daily workshop tasks. - Ensure fleet operability (trucks, road machinery, and vehicles). - Prioritize repairs based on operational criticality. - Lead the technical team (mechanics and support staff). - Monitor repair timelines and work quality. - Manage spare parts, tools, and resources. - Coordinate with Operations regarding unit availability. - Identify deviations and propose process improvements. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Requirements: - Personal mobility (preferred). - Academic qualification as Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or related field. - Experience in similar roles leading teams.
