Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Senior Management Control Analyst for the Public Passenger Transport area, with a focus on profitability reporting, indicator tracking, and budgetary collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate reliable and timely profitability reports. 2. Track and evaluate business indicators/KPIs and P&L. 3. Collaborate in budget preparation and control. Key objectives and responsibilities include: • Generate reliable and timely profitability reports to support decision-making; • Track and evaluate business indicators/KPIs and P&L, promoting root-cause analysis of variances and mitigation plans; • Coordinate meetings with departments involved in results generation to analyze outcomes, variances, and drive improvements; • Strengthen control and information systems supporting decision-making; • Promote knowledge of and proficiency in the company’s management system tools; • Collaborate with the Planning department in budget preparation, perform budgetary control by identifying variances and analyzing their causes; • Participate in ad-hoc projects. Requirements Education: Advanced student or graduate in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Management Control (preferred). Desirable Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with KPIs and economic/financial/asset ratios.
