Job Objective Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring proper handling, storage, order preparation, and dispatch of products, while guaranteeing operational efficiency, product care, and adherence to distribution timelines. Main Responsibilities • Coordinate daily tasks of the warehouse operator team. • Supervise receiving, storage, picking, order assembly, and dispatch processes. • Ensure proper product handling to prevent damage during manipulation. • Supervise unloading of goods from suppliers or distribution centers. • Verify quantities, product condition, and incoming documentation. • Coordinate loading of delivery units according to route planning. • Monitor correct product placement within the warehouse. • Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the operational area. • Optimize storage space for bulky products. • Supervise warehouse operators, drivers, and assistants during loading and dispatch activities. • Assign daily tasks and monitor their execution. • Train staff on operational procedures and best practices for handling. • Supervise stock movements within the system or internal records. • Participate in cycle counts and inventories. • Identify stock discrepancies or inconsistencies. • Verify delivery notes, dispatch orders, and transportation documentation. • Ensure accurate recording of goods movements. • Guarantee compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. • Monitor proper use of handling tools and equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, if applicable). • Prevent product damage and workplace accidents. Job Requirements • Completed secondary education (mandatory). • Technical training in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is desirable. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations. • At least 1 year leading operational teams. • Experience handling bulky or fragile products (e.g., appliances, furniture, white goods) will be valued.
