




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Labor Relations Analyst with strong teamwork skills to manage ART complaints, prepare reports, draft summary minutes, and administer personnel files. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative management of ART complaints and preparation of management reports. 2. Preparation of summary minutes and administration of personnel files. 3. Handling of inquiries, complaints, and absenteeism monitoring. We seek to incorporate a Labor Relations Analyst into our Labor Relations department. We target candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, strong teamwork ability, methodical approach, and motivation to advance their professional development. Main responsibilities include: Administratively managing ART complaints. Preparing management reports. Drafting summary minutes. Receiving personnel files, verifying them according to procedure, and managing missing documentation. Performing administrative and filing tasks. Handling inquiries and complaints. Monitoring absenteeism. Entering payroll updates into the system. Coordinating employee attendance at training sessions. Administering and distributing salary receipts. Requirements: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or advanced students. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Personnel Administration Analyst.
