Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Engineer to provide technical support, ensure adherence to the production plan, and coordinate corrective actions at an automotive plant. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support on the automotive production line. 2. Participation in continuous improvement and process optimization projects. 3. Collaborative work with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance departments. We are currently seeking a Junior Engineer to join our team at a major automotive plant in Córdoba. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support on the production line during the assigned shift. Ensure compliance with the daily production plan. Monitor performance indicators (productivity, cycle times, scrap, efficiency). Identify process deviations and coordinate corrective actions. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance departments. Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects. Prepare management and operational tracking reports. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and automotive industry-specific production standards. Requirements: Technical or university education (Industrial Engineering or related fields). Industrial plant experience is preferred, especially in the automotive or auto parts sector. Knowledge of project management and process improvement. Proficiency in computer tools. Organized, solution-oriented profile with strong communication skills.
