We seek dynamic, commercial, and solution-oriented candidates capable of formally representing the company during in-person signings and field operations. This is a key, fast-paced position offering high professional visibility and direct interaction with clients and real estate agencies. **Role Objective** Represent the company during signing events and field operations, ensuring document rigor, impeccable customer service, and timely on-site conflict resolution. **Main Responsibilities** * **Representation at Signings:** Attend and formally represent the company during in-person contractual signing events with clients and real estate agencies. * **Document Control and Rigor:** Methodical review, validation, and verification of in-person documents, identifying and correcting even minor errors with speed and precision. * **Customer Service and Retention:** Deliver clear, courteous, and professionally confident communication when handling complex situations or disagreements. * **Operational Legal Support:** Assist the Legal Department by adhering to the company’s internal procedures and maintaining traceability of administrative processes. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Recent graduates in **Law**, **Public Auctioneer**, or **Real Estate Brokerage** (Junior positions preferred). * **Personal Transportation (Mandatory):** Car or preferably **motorcycle** (to optimize field travel routes). * **Prior experience or knowledge** in rental agreements / lease contracts. * **Commercial Profile:** Results-oriented, proactive, capable of resolving unforeseen issues, and service-driven. * **Key Skills:** Excellent presence, strong vocabulary, high concentration capacity, and sustained attention to detail. * **Residence:** CABA or Northern Zone.
